These Terms govern your use of the Roomify web application.

Welcome to Roomify (“Roomify”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Roomify web application (the “Application” or “App”) provided by Biznex Solutions.

By accessing or using Roomify (including logging in, browsing, or performing any operation within the Application), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Application. By using Roomify, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Roomify, you may be required to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity performed under your account will be treated as your activity.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. License to Use the Application

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Roomify for your personal or business use, as applicable.

You agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
  • Use the Application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Access the Application in any manner that could interfere with its functionality, security, or performance.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Roomify, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload, store, or share any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
  • Attempt to circumvent or bypass any access control, authentication, or security features.
  • Use the Application to harass, abuse, mislead, defraud, or harm any person or entity.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and access to the Application if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any misuse of Roomify.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Roomify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

If Roomify includes paid features, modules, or subscription plans, the following will apply:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your chosen plan.
  • Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.
  • Subscriptions (if any) may renew automatically unless you cancel them in accordance with the applicable terms.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available in Roomify—including but not limited to software code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Biznex Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Roomify may integrate or interact with third-party services, APIs, plugins, or other external systems (for example, SMS gateways, email services, or payment gateways).

We are not responsible for:

  • Content, actions, or policies of any third-party services.
  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services in connection with Roomify.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the separate terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

  • Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated tools to access or interact with the Application without authorization.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful code that may damage or interfere with systems, data, or networks.
  • Infringe or violate the intellectual property or other rights of Biznex Solutions or any third party.

10. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to Roomify at any time, with or without prior notice, including (but not limited to) the following situations:

  • You violate or breach these Terms.
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately and we may disable or delete your account and any related data, subject to our legal obligations and internal policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Biznex Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Roomify.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any business interruption caused by the use of the Application.

You understand and agree that you use Roomify at your own risk and discretion.

12. No Warranty

Roomify is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Roomify will be:

  • Free from errors, defects, or interruptions;
  • Secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components; or
  • Accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific requirements.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biznex Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of Roomify;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Roomify after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Application.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Roomify is created and controlled by Biznex Solutions in India. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You and Biznex Solutions irrevocably agree that the courts located in Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of Roomify.
